This morning I would normally be heading to the gym but storm Jonas has his way over the weekend. My car is currently buried under 4 feet of snow.
So this morning I text my trainer Ricky Jasper and he gave me a simple workout that I could do at home.
5 movements. 30 seconds of the movement and 30 second rest.
Push ups, jumping jacks, sit ups, running in place and then planks!
Do this for 15mins!!
